• How long will my order take?
  We, at Chamomile Baby, aim to despatch all items, within 5 to 7 working days of receipt of your order. We will let you know as soon as possible if there is a problem with delivery.
   
• How will I receive my order?
  We send all items by 1st Class Royal Mail. 
   
• How much are the deliveries?
  All orders up to £25 - £2.95
  All orders over £25 - FREE
       
• Can I get free delivery?
  Yes, if you spend £25 or over, we will deliver your items free of charge.
   
• What if there is a problem with my order?
  We hope that you will love your order, however if there is a problem we operate a “no quibble” cancellation and returns policy. Please see Cancellations, Exchange, Damaged or Faulty Goods in our Terms & Conditions for details.
   
• Can you deliver a gift to someone else?
  Yes, providing we have full delivery details. Please rest assured that if it is for a gift, going to another address we will not include the invoice in the parcel.
   
• If the order is coming to me and I have ordered more than one item for more than one recipient each wrapped separately in tissue, how will I know which is which?
  We will indicate what is contained in each parcel.

  We use PayPal which means you can you use almost all UK debit and credit cards. Items will only be despatched once we have received payment in full.
