Delivery Information
Delivery Policy
We aim to despatch your order, via Royal Mail 1st Class, in one consignment and within 7 - 10 working days of Chamomile Baby receiving your order. We will advise you by e-mail when your order has been sent. Orders will usually arrive at the address provided by you the day after despatch although this is not guaranteed. (For trade if we have the stock we aim to get it out to you in 14 working days. However there are occassions where we maybe out of stock of a certain item, therefore delivery may take up to 6- 8 weeks)
The cost of delivery is as follows:
- All orders up to £25 - £2.95
- All orders £25 and over - FREE

Returns Policy
Exchange
At Chamomile Baby, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason you change your mind, you may exchange your item within 28 days after the date of delivery. Please request, by e-mail or letter, details of return arrangements. We will refund the original cost to you but not the cost of delivery to you once we have received the return item/s back.
Damaged or Faulty goods
If goods are damaged or faulty, please advise us by e-mail or letter within 7 days of receiving the item. Provided we are satisfied that it is our responsibility and that an item has not been worn, washed or misused, we are happy to refund the full cost to you including that of return. Alternatively, at your request, we will be pleased to provide a replacement free of charge or a exchange for another item of the same value, or if you prefer a refund.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel an order the moment it is placed. Please let us know within 5 days. You should confirm your cancellation to us by e-mail or letter. Our Email address is: hello@chamomilebaby.com. Normally, we will refund you within 7 days.
